Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, including the hygiene seal. Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. If you meet these requirements, Blend Bikinis offers a full refund or an exchange on items. 

To start a return, you can contact us ann@blendbikinis.com.  We will retrieve a Returns Authorization (RA) number for you, and give you the Blend Bikinis return address and all the details you need.  We’d love to hear your feedback too.

Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your bikini being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

Damages and issues 

While we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods or receive incorrect size or color then you ordered, please contact us immediately at emmie@blendbikinis.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.

Exchanges 

If you're exchanging, we will send your new swimsuit out, once we receive the bikini you are returning and email you a new tracking number. We do offer free ground shipping on exchanges.

Refunds

We try and process returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 24-48 hours to be able to process your return. We will refund you through same method of payment and email you once completed.

Are Returns Free? 

The shipping cost incurred for returning items to Blend Bikinis for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us.
