Where do you ship?

We currently ship purchased orders to the U.S., Puerto Rico, and military APO/DPO/FPO addresses. We also offer international shipping to customers.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is $5.00 within the U.S., Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and military APO/DPO/FPO addresses.

Next Day Air shipping in USA is a flat rate of $20 per order.

International shipping is a flat rate of $20 per order.

When will my order arrive? 

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Sarasota, FL, USA, and if you order by 12pm, your order will ship same day. If ordered after 12pm then your order will ship next day. Depending on where you live, your order is usually received within 1 to 5 business days. 

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay for International orders which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

Will I get a tracking number? 

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched

All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours

What is your return policy?

BLEND BIKINIS will happily accept returns and exchanges on all our pieces! Email us at help@blendbikinis.com to request a Returns Authorization (RA#) number and we will advise the RA# and the BLEND BIKINIS return address. 

The item or items must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal. Item's must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. BLEND BIKINIS offers a full refund or an exchange on items. 

Will I have to pay any additional duties and taxes if I live outside the USA? 

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by BLEND BIKINIS.

How do I organize a return?

Email us at help@blendbikinis.com so we will advise a Returns Authorization (RA) number for you, and advise you the BLEND BIKINIS return address and all the details you need.  We’d love to hear your feedback too.

Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your bikini being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details

How long does it take for my exchange/refund to be processed? 

We try and process returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 24-48 hours to be able to process your return

If you're exchanging, we will send your new swimsuit out, once we receive the bikini you are returning and email you a new tracking number. we do offer free ground shipping on exchanges.

If you're refunding, we will refund you through same method of payment and email you once completed.

Are returns free? 

The shipping cost incurred for returning items to BLEND BIKINIS for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us.

What if my order comes incorrect or is damaged? 

While we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods or receive incorrect size or color then you ordered, please contact us immediately at help@blendbikini.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
