Tropical Beach Smoothie Recipe

Blend it up with Blend Bikinis! 

Wake up, throw on your bikini, pack your towel and sunscreen into your beach bag. Now that you are beach ready, next is food. You have come this far, you definitely don’t want to have a heavy meal that will make you want to snuggle back into bed. To keep the beach ball rolling, you want something light and feel-good. Our favorite pre-beach meal is a yummy smoothie!

Now it is time to throw on some jams and Blend it up! Our favorite beach smoothie will be in tune with your beach prep routine. The tropical smell of kiwi and bananas bringing you to the warm sand while you’re still at home. Before your big day in the sun you need to replenish. Our tropical beach smoothie recipe is full of electrolytes and vitamins!

Ingredients

1 banana

1 Kiwi

1 cup blueberries

1 cup tangerine juice

Splash of coconut water

Ice

1. Prepare your ingredients.

This can be skipped but this is our pro tip: the night before your beach day freeze your banana. We always like to keep a couple of frozen bananas on hand. Freezing them makes for a creamier, colder consistency. If you did not freeze your banana no problem, just add some extra ice.

For the kiwi, we leave the skin on for some extra fiber but you can peel off the skin if wanted.

Add ice to fit your consistency preference. Start with a handful, you can always add more!

2. Put all ingredients into blender and then blend until fully mixed.

3. Enjoy and head to the beach in your favorite Blend Bikini!
